Swedish Massage

A 60 minute full body massage to relax the body and mind, while simultaneously removing tension, aches and knots. This treatment is bespoke to you and any tension areas you may like to focus more on. Pressure is buildable depending on personal preference.
Sport Massage
£55 (60mins) // £65 (80mins)
The many benefits of Sport Massage include: injury prevention, reducing pain and tension/tightness in muscles, increasing flexibility and range of motion and improving performance in sports (pre and post event) and every day life.
Techniques include trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, use of hot and cold therapy tools. ultrasound devices and cupping.
Sports massage is not just for athletes; any injuries and chronic pain will definitely benefit from this treatment.
Reflexology
£50 (60mins)
Reflexology is an ancient practice of treating the feet as a map for the entire body. There is a flow of ten energy channels running head to toe, and when there is a blockage of energy anywhere in the body (if you become ill or stressed etc.) this energy becomes stagnant in the feet. Reflexology is a pressure massage of the feet that will remove these crystals of energy blockages which then allow the body to return to a state of homeostasis: balance.
Regularly scheduled session are recommended to achieve the best results.
